Health Care on national territory

The healthcare management model that characterises the Mutuality, and whose territorial scope extends throughout the national territory, allows the holders to choose annually to join the Public Health Network, receiving the benefit through the health service of the Community/Autonomous City of residence, or by any of the entities that, at any time, have signed a concert with MUFACE, receiving in this case the assistance by the private means, own or arranged, of the insurance entity of choice.

Once the type of assistance has been chosen, if you have just joined MUFACE, or if you have changed entities in a regular or special period You will be able to obtain, if necessary, a certificate of attachment to a health entity both in our electronic headquarters and through our offices.

The Portfolio of Services is the set of techniques, technologies or procedures, understood by each of the methods, activities and resources based on scientific knowledge and experimentation, through which health benefits are made effective.

MUFACE health care is provided under the Common Service Portfolio of the National Health System. This portfolio is guaranteed regardless of the care option.

Regarding the access and effectiveness of benefits, in the case of an option by the public health system, the rules and guidelines established for all users by the respective Health Service of adscription are applicable, and in the case of an option by an insurance entity, the Concert stipulates the rights and obligations of the parties, as well as the modalities, form and conditions of the provision, as well as a system of claims.
