Aid to facilitate personal autonomy

Social and Health Protection Grants

The purpose of the grants is to contribute to cover the cost of the services, activities or technical means needed by people with disabilities and/or dependency, in the terms established for each call.

It consists of three modalities:

• Aid for maintenance and enhancement of residual capacity. The monthly amount, depending on the economic capacity of each person, is between 348.00 euros/month the maximum and 150.00 euros/month the minimum.
• Aid for the elimination of architectural barriers. The annual amount will be 1,986.00 euros the maximum and 331.00 euros the minimum.
• Help for technical means. The annual amount will be 662.00 euros the maximum and 166.00 euros the minimum.

For these last two modalities, the annual amounts are fixed, both according to the degree of disability or dependency, with or without level, recognized to each beneficiary, and its economic capacity, taking as a limit the expenditure made, if it has been lower.

Mutualists or people benefiting from MUFACE whose degree of disability reaches at least 33% or have been valued in any of the degrees of dependency, with or without level, according to the regulations on dependency.

Applications will be submitted until December 31, 2025, inclusive.

• Resolution of 21 April 2025 the General Mutuality of Civil Servants of the State (MUFACE), which calls for the granting of social and health protection grants during the year 2025 (Official State Gazette of 28 April 2025).
