Who we work with
MUFACE, as a health administration integral to the National Health System, in its capacity as the managing entity of the Special Social Security Regime for Civil Servants of the State, must guarantee the content of the portfolio of services of the National Health System, as well as guarantees on accessibility, mobility, quality and safety, in accordance with the provisions of its specific regulations. To fulfill this function, MUFACE works with a plurality of actors, public and private, who are the service providers to the mutualists.
Through the current agreement with the INSS, the mutualists who choose health care provided by the 17 regional health services and the Institute of Health Management for Ceuta and Melilla receive quality care and are beneficiaries of institutional actions and programmes for health promotion and protection, disease prevention and rehabilitation.
Concerts with private insurers also facilitate health care for mutualists and beneficiaries, with the same guarantees and quality as that provided by the regional health services.
Segurcaixa Adeslas and and Asisa , according to the current concert, it is the responsibility to provide the common portfolio of services of the National Health System to the mutualists who have chosen this option.

The activity of MUFACE, which is part of the joint action of the administrative mutualities, together with the Social Institute of the Armed Forces, ISFAS, and the General Judicial Mutuality, MUGEJU , it develops in coherence with the guidelines established by the Ministry of Health, Consumption and Social Welfare for the entire National Health System.
And, finally, we work with people. People from our own organisation, public employees who work daily to provide a quality service and people who are the direct recipients of our work, who are the mutualists and beneficiaries. Both are also MUFACE.
