Form of Attention to Mutualists
Your consultation may refer to general or specific topics of MUFACE. See how to do it based on the type of query:
General information: activate this option, choose the reason and subreason of the case, describe the matter and your doubt will be resolved by the Mutual Information Office (IOM).
Procedures in progress: if you have a dossier already started or need specific guidance from your office, activate that option, choose the reason and subreason, describe the matter on which you want information and your query will be resolved by your Provincial Service.
TO KEEP IN MIND:
If you are not a mutualist, or if you have approved a selective process for AGE and want to make an inquiry to Muface, do so through this form as a general inquiry (IOM). You can also do it through the App.
Remember that if your consultation refers to the health care of your entity you must always choose to consult your Provincial Service.
If you make a request from an e-mail address other than the address of the person entitled mutualista, the acknowledgement of receipt of the request will also be sent to the second mentioned e-mail address.
