The owner of this website is the General Mutuality of Civil Servants of the State (MUFACE), attached to the Ministry of Finance and Public Function and with headquarters in Paseo de Juan XXIII, 26 de Madrid. This Website is the electronic access point of the Mutuality, and facilitates access both to the information required by users and to the electronic headquarters, as provided by art. 39 of Law 40/2015, of 1 October, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector.

The design, navigation structure as well as the contents, organization and choice of links of the pages have been made by MUFACE, in collaboration with the General Secretariat of Digital Administration, (Secretary of State for Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence, MINECO).

The total or partial reproduction of the contents of this website without citing its origin or requesting authorization is prohibited.

The information and contents of this Website may not be alleged in processes contradictory to the Public Administration, not assuming any responsibility for the discrepancies that may exist between the printed documents of the competent Administration and the electronic publication of these pages.

Any suggestions about the web content or any complaints that may occur that have as their reason such content must be formulated through the Channel of Complaints Suggestions and Congratulations established by the Mutuality.

Multilanguage

As for the co-official language versions, the MUFACE web portal is translated into several official Spanish languages in their respective territories, in accordance with the provisions of article 3 of the Spanish Constitution of 1978 and its Statutes of Autonomy. The languages are Catalan, Basque, Galician and Valencian.

The portal is translated on different levels. The substantive and static or relatively static contents of health and social benefits are translated in their entirety into the aforementioned languages, as well as institutional ones. Other very dynamic content subject to frequent changes, such as web news or contextual information about specific campaigns, are not translated into all co-official languages.

In any case, the contents of this website have been originally written in Spanish, which is the official version, and translated for your convenience using mostly machine translation tools later reviewed by people in the organization, so they may contain errors. It is noted that in general, there may be a gap between the Spanish version and the other languages, derived from the process of translation into them.

Intellectual and industrial property rights over the design, logos and other images of MUFACE

Both the design of the portal and its source codes, which has been carried out in collaboration with the SGAD (SEDIA, MINECO) and the logos, brands and other distinctive signs that appear in it belong to the Mutuality and are protected by the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights. This protection also affects the images contained in it. Its use, reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other similar or analogous activity is totally prohibited unless expressly authorized by MUFACE. The license to use the elements specified in this section of this portal, granted to the user, is limited to the download by the user of said content and the private use thereof, provided that the aforementioned contents remain intact.

The realization of "framings" or the use by third parties of any other mechanisms that alter the design, original configuration or contents of its portal is expressly prohibited.

General conditions for the reuse of information

Obligatory nature of the general conditions

The present general conditions, available on a permanent basis under www.datos.gob.es/es/avisolegal, they will bind any re-user agent merely by making use of the documents submitted to them. For these purposes, a re-user agent means any person, natural or legal, who re-uses information from the public sector, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

Authorization of reuse and non-exclusive transfer of intellectual property rights

These general conditions allow the reuse of the documents submitted to them for commercial and non-commercial purposes. Reuse is understood to mean the use of documents held by the organs of the General Administration of the State and the other bodies and entities of the State public sector referred to in Article 1.2 of Royal Decree 1495/2011, of October 24, which develops Law 37/2007, of November 16, on the reuse of information of the State public sector, by natural or legal persons, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, provided that such use does not constitute a public administrative activity. Authorized reuse includes, by way of illustration, activities such as the copying, dissemination, modification, adaptation, extraction, reordering and combination of information.

The concept of document is established in section 2 of article 3 of Law 37/2007, of 16 November, on the reuse of public sector information, so it includes all information regardless of its material or electronic support as well as its form of graphic, sound or image expression used, including, consequently, also the data in its most disaggregated or "raw" levels.

This authorization also entails the free and non-exclusive transfer of intellectual property rights, where appropriate, corresponding to such documents, authorizing the carrying out of reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation activities, necessary to carry out the authorized reuse activity, in any modality and under any format, for everyone and for the maximum period allowed by law.

General conditions for reuse

The following general conditions apply for the reuse of the documents submitted to them:

• It is forbidden to denaturalize the sense of information.
• The source of the documents to be reused should be cited. This appointment may be made as follows: "Origin of the data: MUFACE"
• The date of the last update of the documents to be reused should be mentioned, provided that it was included in the original document.
• It will not be possible to indicate, insinuate or suggest that MUFACE, the owner of the reused information participates, sponsors or supports the reuse that is carried out with it.
• The metadata on the date of update and the applicable re-use conditions included, where applicable, in the document made available for re-use should be retained, not altered or deleted.

MUFACE does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors in access to the website or its content, nor that it is updated, although it undertakes to carry out, provided that there are no causes that make it impossible or difficult to execute, and as soon as it has news of errors, disconnections or lack of update in the contents, all those tasks tending to correct errors, restore communication and update the contents.

MUFACE does not assume any responsibility derived from the contents, information or services linked from the website, provided that they are foreign to it, nor does it guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements in them that may cause alterations in the computer system (hardware and software), in the documents or files of the user, excluding any responsibility for damages of any kind caused to the user for this reason.

MUFACE is not responsible for any security errors that may occur, nor for any damage that may be caused to the user’s computer system (hardware and software), or to the files or documents stored in it, as a result of:
