In the case of subscribers to newsletters and the electronic magazine: the email address
For the mutualists who receive the magazine: Data of an identifying nature (name, surname, postal address).
For the collaborators: Identification data (name, surname, ID, contact details); Professional data and registered office, where applicable; Tax and bank details.
Category of recipients:
External company in charge of the distribution of the magazine in paper format, to make such distribution.
International transfers:
They do not exist.
Deadline for deletion:
Recipients magazine and subscribers Newsletter. The data are not deleted as long as there is no loss in terms of the distribution of the magazine on paper or in respect of the subscription of the Newsletter.
As for collaborators of the magazine, the data are not deleted as long as the collaboration agreement remains in force between the parties.
