Satisfaction surveys carried out on the MUFACE collective
Introduction
In 2021, surveys begin to be carried out in MUFACE in a systematic way, in accordance with the provisions of the MUFACE Plan. The surveys are created with applications supplied by the Spanish Agency for Digital Administration (AEAD), with total guarantee of privacy and confidentiality.
Three surveys stand out in 2022 due to the breadth of the surveyed group and the relevance of the service: prior appointment, communication channels and massive affiliation of teaching staff.
In 2023, the satisfaction of the mutualist collective with its benefits is addressed, and the survey of new teaching mutualists is repeated. Likewise, a survey of perception on electronic recipe is carried out in the first three territories to implement the tool, which will continue in 2025.
In 2024, a large survey was carried out to evaluate the satisfaction of mutualists with regard to the attention given by Provincial Services and Delegated Offices, and another one related to study grants, as well as the usual one to new teaching mutualists.
In 2025 Two questionnaires have been launched to mutualists to study the perception of digital progress. After the implementation of the Plan Adelante 2021-2024 and before that the impulse that in 2019 the declaration of active mutualists as subjects obliged to electronic processing in the most used procedure, it was necessary to gather the opinion of the collective, before the ideation of new projects of extension of digitalization, always with attention to the digital divide.
Also in Questionnaires relating to the concerted electronic prescription SIREM have been prepared and sent in April in the provinces where it is implemented, but not only to mutualists, but also to medical personnel of insurance companies (ADESLAS and ASISA).
It is necessary to thank all the people who fill out and send the questionnaires for their answers, since the results of these analysis instruments are elements of great value when carrying out actions to improve our services.
