Aid for prolonging the effects of previous aid (heading 9 of the call for proposals for 2025)

Social and Health Protection Grants

The purpose of this programme is to allow the maintenance of the financial aid granted in the previous call resolutions to persons benefiting from them and for those who, having requested recognition of their dependency status, with determination of their degree and level, where appropriate, in accordance with the provisions of Law 39/2006, of 14 December and development regulations, and Royal Decree-Law 20/2012, of 13 July, on measures to guarantee budgetary stability and to promote competitiveness, their right to the services and economic benefits of the System for Autonomy and Assistance to the Dependency (SAAD) is not yet effective for reasons not attributable to the persons concerned.

However, beneficiaries and beneficiaries of this prolongation of effects may be those who have been declared or declared non-dependent by resolution of the competent body of the SAAD, provided that the qualification of disability that served as the basis for the granting of the aid in previous years remains valid.

In accordance with the provisions of the Call for Applications of 2025, beneficiaries may be those people who had obtained in the previous call an aid of the same modality and in whom the following requirements are met:

1) Their economic situation would not have changed by more than 5% compared to the previous call.

2) Have a recognized degree of disability equal to or greater than 65% or 80%, if in the latter case they do not reach 65 years of age (except for Telecare).

(3) There has been no change in their coexistence unit or other circumstances that were the subject of consideration for the granting of the previous aid.

4) No service or financial service related to it has been made effective through the SAAD.

(5) The requirement provided for in the last paragraph of heading 9.1 is met.

Applications will be submitted until December 31, 2025, inclusive.

Failure to notify the payer of the personal circumstances, or their variation, will determine that the corresponding type of withholding applies, without taking into account such circumstances (Art. 88.2 of the Regulations on Income Tax on Natural Persons)
