Compensation for non-invalidating permanent injuries

What is it all about?
I pay a one-time compensation for injuries caused in the act of service and qualified by the Disability Assessment Team that are final and that constitute a physical alteration without entailing retirement for permanent incapacity for service.
Amount
The payment of compensation for one time only:
- Baremo established for the General Social Security System if they do not constitute partial permanent disability.
- If the injuries constitute partial permanent incapacity for the usual function, 24 monthly payments from the contribution base in force on the first sick leave or, failing that, in the month in which the accident occurred in the act of service.
Who can perceive the aid
Mutualists who have suffered injuries, mutilations or deformities caused by professional illness or in the act of service.
Deadline for submission
Five years from the date indicated by the first sick leave or from the day the injuries occurred.
Place of presentation
1) Using the digital service, via our electronic headquarters, at any time you wish. You must use Cl@ve, electronic certificate or electronic DNI.

If the IRPF model 145 is not presented, the type of retention will be calculated without taking into account their personal and family circumstances (art. 88.2 of the Regulation on Personal Income Tax).
