One-time financial benefit for multiple births/adoptions

What is it all about?

One-time financial assistance to which mutualistic personnel are entitled when they are in the de facto legally established cases of multiple births or adoptions.

It is compatible with the special maternity allowance in the case of multiple births, adoptions or foster care.

Amount

Payment of 4, 8 or 12 times the monthly Minimum Interprofessional Salary in force on the day of birth or date of the judicial decision of adoption according to 2, 3 or more minor causes.

Note.- Children born or adopted affected by a disability equal to or greater than 33 percent, will count twice as much.

Who can perceive the aid

Requirements:

Mutualists in discharge or in a situation assimilated to discharge in the Mutuality on the date of the causative act.

You will perceive it:

  • Any parent or adoptive parent, both male and female, determined by mutual agreement. In the absence of an agreement, if both are eligible to receive the MUFACE benefit, the biological mother may be eligible, if applicable.
  • When the parents or adoptive parents, both men and women, do not live together: who is in charge of the custody or custody.
  • In case of orphanhood or abandonment by both parents or adoptive parents, both men and women, the natural person who legally has to take care of them, without in this case having to meet the requirements of affiliation.

Deadline for submission

Five years from the date of the birth or the date of the judicial resolution by which the adoption is constituted.

La solicitud se realizará a través de la Sede Electrónica de Muface en la dirección https://sede.muface.gob.es/, mediante certificado digital reconocido, DNI electrónico, identificación Cl@ve Permanente o Cl@ve PIN.

Documentation

When completing the electronic application, you will be asked:

  • Registration of the birth in the Civil Registry, or a copy of the entry in the Family Book, if applicable.
  • Judicial resolution, in case of multiple adoption.
  • Certificate of qualification of disability, issued by the IMSERSO or competent body in each autonomous community.
