Welcome to the General Mutuality of Civil Servants of the State (MUFACE).

MUFACE is a public insurance system in which you can choose a health entity, so you can choose a public health system (INSS) or private through concerted entities. Both guarantee the provision of the service portfolio of the National Health System.

As for the procedure for affiliation and realization of the health option, there are two systems:
1) NEW TEACHING MUTUALISTS AND OTHER BODIES WITH HIGH MASS: CHOICE OF HEALTH ENTITY
If you are a new non-university teacher, or you belong to an internship body, you can make your choice electronically AFTER BEING APPOINTED as an officer or trainee or as a career officer. You will receive information about this in an email from MUFACE, which will be sent to the address you have provided to your staff body. You should not request anything until you receive this email.
All the new mutualists They can register their beneficiary persons electronically at MUFACE’s electronic headquarters once the aforementioned email has been received.
2) NEW MUTUALISTS WITHOUT MASS DISCHARGE PROCESS (AMONG OTHERS, ADMINISTRATIVE GENERAL CORPS, AUXILIARY GENERAL CORPS, AUXILIARY COMPUTER TECHNICIANS)
If you do not belong to a body with mass discharge (consult your staff body), please read the instructions contained in the following document, for the time when you take office as an official:

All beneficiary persons must be discharged when the holder enters the General Administration of the State, regardless of his previous system of coverage.
All new mutualists can register beneficiary persons at MUFACE’s electronic headquarters.
RECOMMENDATIONS AND GUIDE FOR NEW AND NEW MUTUALISTS
Likewise, we recommend to all the mutualists that they obtain as soon as possible some valid electronic identification (Cl@ve Permanente or Cl@ve PIN, Electronic Certificate or electronic ID) to relate to MUFACE, since some grants must be processed digitally.
It is advisable to use Cl@ve, which does not require added software or physical card. You can get this ID inOffices of MUFACE. There are also other ways of registering that are indicated in the info page Cl@ve.
